By booking any activity on our platform or any of our third-party online platforms, you therefore fully and clearly understand and accept all Terms & Conditions present on this website.



Our clients will be able to book any experience directly via our website, WhatsApp, phone call, e-mail or any third-party online platform.
While booking throught our website or any third-party online platform the guest will get instant confirmation.
If you booked by e-mail, phone call or WhatssApp the booking will only besecure after 100% deposit was proceeded.
Payments can be done by bank transfer, paypal or cash.



Portugal Guided Tours allows customers to cancel their purchase up until 7 days before the planned experience (UTC+0 WET). After this our team holds the right to not refund your booking.
For group events or larger group tours our cancelation policy may apply with different guidelines as it may involve different logistics and third party booking agents as these may have different refund policies. In these situation you can always get in contact with our team.
We strongly recommend the clients to provide authentic details and to avoid cancellation as much as possible.
You can consider changing the date of your planned experience but this will only be approved by our team after analysing the case closely, and verifying all the concerns of availability and applicable charges.
On the day of the planned activity, Portugal Guided Tours, holds the right to not refund your deposit in one of these scenarios:

  1.  In case of any events that are out of our control. Our team cannot accept any liability where the booking could not be fulfilled due to unforeseeable circumstances or third party procedures. Such episodes could be: strikes, flight cancellations, quarantine, weather conditions, fires, government action or other events of force majeure.
  2. If the guest’s exceeds the 15 min tolerance for any delays on the day of the experience. After the period of grace our team will hold the right to leave the meating point in order to respect the course of the daily activities of the group and the company itself.
  3. Every guest should be respectful towards our team members, other guest’s, and local communities. In case of any disrespectful or unsafe behaviour, the guest will be asked to leave the activity, with no right for refund. Safety is a major concern for Portugal Guided Tours team.



By purchasing and being a part of our activities, our guest’s authorize that any films, sound or other recordings, can be used by Portugal Guided Tours for advertising purposes, without the prior notice. Any guest should immediatly notify a member of our team if it’s their wish to avoid being filmed or photographed.



Portugal Guided Tours team cannot be held accountable for any loss, theft or damage to property since it is our guests responsibility to ensure that personal belongings are safe. We also don’t recommend guest’s to bring luggage at the day of the planned activity as we have no secure space to store it.
