SINTRA WALKING TOUR

Sintra walking tour! Grab your comfy shoes and a sense of adventure (and good vibes!) because we are about to embark on a Sintra Walking tour that’s part history, part fairy-tale, and 100% fun!

OUR ADVENTURE ITINERARY:

Our adventure begins at the Sintra train station, where our guide – a local with enough charm and knowledge to make CHAT GPT jealous – will be ready to meet you and share with you local stories and historical insights about Sintra’s royal past, architectural wonders, moorish heritage, the knight templars importance and its significance as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The first major stop is the guided visit to Sintra National Palace, known for its distinctive twin chimneys and elaborate tilework. After exploring the palace, the tour continues to the guided visit of Quinta da Regaleira, a mystical estate with lush gardens, grottoes, and the enigmatic Initiation Well.

And do you think we forgot about the pastries? We are portuguese, we never forget about those. Amongst all of this exploring we will be able to make a nice stop at a traditional pastry shop to taste the most famous delicacies in Sintra, the travesseiros and queijadas!
