You can take an Uber or one of the public buses (1623 or 1624). Both routes are easy and lead directly to Sintra town.

Are entry tickets to the palaces included?

No. Tickets cost €13 for the National Palace of Sintra and €15 for Quinta da Regaleira. We’ll help you get them at the entrance.
